Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 3, 2026
BRAE Media LLC (“BRAE Media,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is the legal entity that owns and operates the Bluhoneí brand, including Bluhonei.com, the Consider This newsletter, and the Bluhoneí YouTube channel. This Privacy Policy explains how BRAE Media LLC collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit Bluhonei.com, subscribe to our newsletter, watch or engage with our YouTube channel, interact with us on social platforms, or purchase products or event tickets through our commerce features.
References to “Bluhonei,” the “Site,” or our “platforms” throughout this policy refer to properties owned and operated by BRAE Media LLC. By using the Site or subscribing to our communications, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically through your use of our platforms, and information received from third parties.
A. Information You Provide
Contact details: name, email address, and any other contact information you choose to provide.
Newsletter subscription information: email address and any preferences set at signup or within your subscriber profile.
Transactional information (when you purchase a product, digital item, or ticket to a Bluhoneí experience): items purchased, order amount, shipping details if applicable, reservation or event details, and order history. Payments are processed by third-party processors, including those integrated through Squarespace Commerce. BRAE Media LLC does not store full payment card numbers.
Account information (if account features are enabled): login credentials and saved preferences.
Communications: emails, form submissions, and customer service inquiries.
User submissions: comments, reviews, or other content you choose to submit to the Site.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site or interact with our communications, we and our partners may automatically collect:
Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring and exit pages, and approximate location (city or region, inferred from IP).
Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality, analytics, advertising measurement, affiliate tracking, and personalization. See Section 3 for detail.
Newsletter engagement data: our email service provider uses tracking pixels to collect information about email opens and link clicks, including device type, approximate location (inferred from IP), and engagement timestamps. This data is used exclusively to measure newsletter performance. If you prefer not to be tracked this way, you can disable automatic image loading in your email client.
C. Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from:
Service providers such as our email and CRM platform [platform name to be confirmed], analytics tools, advertising measurement partners, and commerce or ticketing platforms used to operate Bluhoneí features.
Affiliate partners and networks, including Amazon Associates and Sovrn, related to link performance and attributed purchases. This information is typically aggregated or pseudonymous.
YouTube: when you interact with embedded Bluhoneí YouTube content on the Site, YouTube may collect data as though you visited YouTube directly. As operators of the Bluhoneí YouTube channel, BRAE Media LLC receives aggregated audience analytics from YouTube Studio (such as view counts, watch time, and demographic breakdowns) but does not receive personally identifying subscriber data directly from YouTube.
Social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest) when you interact with our content on those platforms. Their data practices are governed by their own policies, not ours.
2. How We Use Information
BRAE Media LLC uses information collected to:
Operate, maintain, and secure the Site and Bluhoneí communications.
Deliver and manage the Consider This newsletter, including measuring engagement to understand what content is useful to subscribers.
Process purchases, fulfill orders, issue confirmations and receipts, deliver digital items, manage event reservations, and provide customer support.
Measure and improve content performance, site experience, and editorial quality.
Attribute affiliate performance and understand how editorial content drives purchasing decisions.
Send marketing and editorial communications where you have provided consent or where permitted by applicable law.
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
3. Cookies, Analytics, Affiliate Tracking and Newsletter Pixels
The Site and our communications use cookies and similar technologies. Depending on your settings and jurisdiction, these may include:
Necessary Cookies
Always active. Required for core Site functionality, security, and to maintain certain user preferences. These cannot be disabled through our cookie tool.
Performance and Analytics Cookies
Optional. Help us understand traffic and content performance, for example through tools such as Google Analytics (GA4). You can disable these through our cookie preference tool.
Advertising Cookies
Optional. Used by advertising and measurement partners to measure campaign performance and, where applicable, support interest-based advertising. You can disable these through our cookie preference tool.
Affiliate Tracking
Some links on the Site are affiliate links managed by BRAE Media LLC. When you click one, the affiliate network or merchant — including Amazon Associates or Sovrn — may use cookies, redirects, or pixel tags to track referrals and attribute purchases. To the extent this tracking is deployed through the Site, it is treated as an Advertising cookie and can be controlled through the Advertising preference setting. Tracking that occurs after you leave the Site is governed by the third party’s own policy.
Newsletter Tracking Pixels
Our email service provider embeds a tracking pixel in each Consider This issue. When you open an email and images load, this pixel records the open event along with approximate device and location information. This data is used solely to measure newsletter performance for BRAE Media LLC. If you prefer not to be tracked this way, disable automatic image loading in your email client.
Your Cookie Choices
Our cookie preference tool allows you to manage Performance, Analytics, and Advertising cookies. Necessary cookies are always active. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We do not uniformly respond to Do Not Track signals because no consistent industry standard exists. For Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: where required by applicable law and where our platforms can detect and process the signal, BRAE Media LLC will treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as defined by applicable law. You may also opt out directly through our cookie preference tool.
4. How We Disclose Information
BRAE Media LLC does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to:
A. Service Providers

Service providers are authorized to use information only to perform services on behalf of BRAE Media LLC.
B. Advertising and Analytics Partners
Where enabled, these partners may collect or receive data via cookies and pixels for site analytics, content performance measurement, and where applicable, targeted advertising.

D. YouTube

E. Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers
BRAE Media LLC may disclose information to comply with legal requirements, respond to legal process, protect the rights and safety of BRAE Media LLC and others, prevent fraud, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (including any sale or transfer of the Bluhoneí brand).
F. With Your Consent
When you explicitly choose to share or authorize disclosure.5. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content (YouTube)
The Site may link to third-party websites and may include embedded content (such as YouTube videos). Interacting with embedded content may allow third parties to collect information as if you visited their site directly. Their practices
are governed by their own policies, not ours.

BRAE Media LLC operates active commerce features under the Bluhoneí brand, including product sales, digital item delivery, and ticketed experiences such as salons, dinners, and hosted events. When you make a purchase or register for a Bluhoneí experience:

Additional terms specific to individual experiences, including cancellation and refund policies, will be presented at the time of purchase.
6. Third Party Links
Bluhonei.com may link to third-party websites not owned or controlled by BRAE Media LLC. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of those third parties. Once you leave the Site, their policies govern your experience, not ours.
